The Collective Foundation
Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, San Francisco
Neither an artist project nor a curated group exhibition in the conventional sense, The Collective Foundation exhibition presented a research and development organization via six experimental programs, mini-exhibitions and related partner projects. The mission of this organization is to propose and prototype an array of services for artists and arts organizations while investigating new resources and locating practical ways of reducing administration and overhead.
