No Reading After the Internet is a free monthly series, in which a selected text is read aloud and discussed. The short story "August 25, 1983" by Jorge Luis Borges has been selected as a complement to the exhibition Originality and the Avant Garde (On Art and Repetition) by Annie MacDonell.

Participation in No Reading After the Internet is free and open to everyone, regardless of their familiarity with the text or its author. Texts will be handed out at the salon. No pre-reading or research is required.

No Reading After the Internet is an ongoing project of cheyanne turions. The series is sponsored by the Liaison of Independent Filmmakers of Toronto (LIFT).
