  • Regular music and fundraising events, lectures, film screenings, member exhibitions and other programming throughout the year
  • New Wave, The Mercer Reopening Inaugural Gala (October 2008); in-depth article in The Star profiling the gallery and discussing Mercer's bold move to Bloor and Lansdowne
    Bloordale Gentrified; West Queen West's art moves north

  • Lisgar Last Call (July 2008); received a full-page colour spread in The Globe and Mail
